The purpose of this program is to help you design an onboarding program by looking at what matters most, which in turn will drive engagement and retention of new hires up. This is where you’ll find all the resources we’ve put together for you, both for social learning and for your individual study.

Community Sessions

We will meet in weekly community sessions where we will either practice together different frameworks, listen to stories from experts in residence and ask questions, or share our know-how using the intervision framework.
Depending on their purpose, community sessions can last from 1 to 2 hours. You can find the full schedule below, together with the recordings which we will upload on going. 👇

Experts In Residence

Experts In Residence are professionals with deep expertise in a specific area of our program: design thinking, research, prototyping, adult learning, behavior change, gamification, self-directed learning, and more.
Depending on your learning goals, we will pair you with at least one expert in residence whom you can meet, share your challenges, and receive ideas, inspirations, and solutions.

Learning Peers

Your peers are other participants of the Offbeat Community. They are a tremendous source of inspiration and insights.
Depending on your learning goals, we’ll curate 3-4 learning peers we think you should meet during the program. Scheduling the session is up to you, depending on the time available and motivation to meet others.
